Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max: European Pricing and Specs Revealed
International versions of Xiaomi's latest flagships have surfaced in the European market. Here are the details on pricing, colors, and technical changes.

Xiaomi’s New Flagships Arrive in Europe
The latest flagship smartphones from Chinese tech giant Xiaomi, the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, have appeared on a European retailer’s website. This indicates that the official international launch of these devices is imminent. Although the smartphones were announced in China back in September, their European pricing and technical specifications had previously remained speculative.
Pricing and Configurations
According to data from the Italian retail chain Epto, the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model of the Xiaomi 18 Pro will be priced at €1,398.90, while the 512GB version will cost €1,591.90. As for the more powerful Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, it will be available exclusively in a 12GB/512GB configuration, with prices ranging from €1,761.90 to €1,783.90, depending on the specific color and modification.
Interestingly, the color palette offered for the European market differs from the Chinese release. European customers will have a choice of black, white, and Velvet Red. Meanwhile, the blue and pink options available in the Chinese version are not expected to be released in Europe.
Technical Adjustments and Battery
The most significant difference between the European and Chinese models concerns battery capacity. The European Xiaomi 18 Pro will feature a 6,000 mAh battery, which is 1,000 mAh less than the Chinese version. A similar trend is observed with the 18 Pro Max, where the capacity has been reduced from 8,500 mAh to 7,050 mAh. Charging speeds have also been adjusted: the Pro model will support 90W fast charging, while the Pro Max version will feature 100W support.
Despite these changes, the processors remain unchanged. The Xiaomi 18 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset, while the 18 Pro Max utilizes the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. Both devices run on Xiaomi’s latest operating system, HyperOS 4.
What This Means for Global Consumers
While these prices are specific to the European market, they provide a clear indication of the price bracket Xiaomi's new flagships will occupy. Xiaomi products are traditionally popular in regions like Georgia, and these models are expected to appear on local markets as well. However, given the high price point, consumers will need to weigh the capabilities of these premium devices against their significant cost.
