How to Watch Episode 5 of The Celebrity Traitors From Anywhere
The second season of The Celebrity Traitors is reaching a pivotal phase. On 15 October at 8:00 PM BST, viewers will see the fifth episode, where the show’s intrigues intensify. Known for its unpredictable plot twists and psychological tension, this year’s season features a standout cast.
What happened in the previous episodes?
Expectations for the fifth episode are high, especially following the finale of the previous installment, which saw relationships among contestants reach a breaking point. The last episode featured a dramatic moment as Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Ross Kemp, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock played hide-and-seek in the crypts. The men’s decision to protect Leigh-Anne Pinnock and guarantee her safety caused friction with Romesh Ranganathan, though an agreement was eventually reached.
The current season features an impressive lineup, including actor Michael Sheen, comedian James Acaster, and mathematician Hannah Fry. The game’s dynamics shifted early on when the original "Traitors," Richard E. Grant and Maya Jama, adopted contrasting strategies. Grant was exposed early in the game, leading to new participants joining the ranks of the "Traitors."
How to watch the show online?
For viewers in the UK, watching The Celebrity Traitors is free via BBC One and the BBC iPlayer platform. The service requires no additional subscription, only a valid TV license. However, for those currently outside the country, access is restricted due to geo-blocking.
In such cases, using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is the most effective solution. By using a VPN, users can connect to a UK server and access BBC iPlayer as if they were in the country. Technically, the process is straightforward: install the application, select a server in the appropriate country, and log in to the streaming platform.
What to expect in the future?
The second season consists of 10 episodes, one more than the first season. The show airs every Thursday and Friday. In addition to the main episodes, viewers can watch extra content, such as Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked.
The show’s popularity has extended beyond British borders. In Australia, the show is broadcast for free on the 10 platform, while in Canada, viewers have access via the subscription service Crave. As for the US, Peacock plans to air the series in the fourth quarter of the year. For viewers relying on international platforms, using the right technical tools allows for uninterrupted access to their favourite show.
