Apple Releases iOS 27.2: New Siri AI Features and Security Updates

Apple has officially released iOS 27.2, bringing a range of significant improvements and functional updates to iPhone users. The update is now available for supported models and, beyond new features, addresses over 160 security vulnerabilities at the system level, significantly enhancing device protection. ## Expanded Siri AI Capabilities One of the primary updates concerns Siri AI. The artificial intelligence-powered digital assistant is now available in French, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese. This feature extends to the iPhone 15 Pro series and iPhone 16 models. With this move, Apple aims to make its intelligent assistant accessible to a wider global audience. ## Multimedia and App Updates Changes have also been implemented in the Apple TV app, which now includes a Simple Profiles feature. Additionally, the Multiview capability has been significantly improved, allowing users to watch four live sports broadcasts simultaneously. For photography enthusiasts, support for SynthID (digital watermarking) has been added to both Photos and Image Playground. Furthermore, the FaceTime Dual Capture feature now extends to group calls, making video communication more flexible. Apple Music has undergone a visual change, receiving a new black-and-white icon, signaling an evolution in the app's design. ## Smart Home and Other Details iOS 27.2 has expanded the Home app control panel, making Apple's smart home platform even more functional. Also noteworthy is the addition of Apple Pencil (USB-C) support for iPhone Duo, which increases device productivity. The Messages app has received a Suggestions feature, while Photos now features an improved version of Shared Albums. This update underscores Apple's drive to integrate artificial intelligence into the user's daily routine. For users in Georgia, this update means a more stable and secure system, although the addition of new languages to Siri AI does not yet include Georgian. Nevertheless, given the critical security updates, it is recommended that all users install iOS 27.2 on their devices as soon as possible.
